This request allows you to disable a Payment Request.
Please note that a Payment Request cannot be disabled in the following cases:
- The Payment Request is expired
- The Payment Request has already been disabled
- The maximum number of MyBank Transactions (considering authorised and "in flight" Transactions) has been reached for the Payment Request
